A precision manufactured tank consisting of a pressure tank, diaphragm, proportional mixer, pressure gauge, valve, and piping. During operation, a water pump is required to provide pressurized water. As the pressurized water flows through the proportional mixer, 3% to 6% of the water flows from the branch pipe into the pressure tank, squeezing the diaphragm and replending an equal amount of foam concentrate.
It is worth noting that the proportion of water and foam can be automatically adjusted according to different flow and pressure conditions to ensure that the fire-extinguishing medium always maintains its efficient fire-extinguishing performance.

Installation:
In terms of installation, in order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, the fire extinguishing foam tank should be installed in a sheltered place to avoid direct sunlight and rain, and the ambient temperature should be lower than 40℃, and sufficient operating space should be reserved.In addition, the horizontal foam bladder tank must be mounted on the concrete floor and secured with anchor nuts.
After installation, a hydrostatic test is also required: first open the tank vent valve, fill the tank with water through the concentrate drain pipe, close the vent valve after filling, pressurize the system to the test pressure and maintain it for 10 minutes to ensure that the tank has no leakage.Then close the inlet valve, open the drain valve and concentrate drain valve, drain the water in the tank.Rest assured that this critical test is rigorously completed at the time of product shipment to ensure that the product you receive performs up to standard.
