Working Principle

Under normal operation, the pipe plug (with an elastic sealing gasket) at the inlet of the dry sprinkler head connector blocks water flow, preventing water accumulation and freezing in the pipes. In the event of a fire, the sprinkler head's glass bulb ruptures, the internal compression spring extends, pushing the water pipe and pulling the sleeve to disengage the pipe plug, allowing water to enter the sprinkler head for fire control and extinguishing.

Installation Instructions

1. Threaded connections require PTFE tape or non-cured pipe thread connectors to ensure a tight seal.

2. When installing a Dry Type Fire Sprinkler, use pipe wrenches to clamp the outer pipe of the sprinkler head. Do not directly clamp the sprinkler head body to avoid damage.

3. Control the tightening torque between 20-28 Nm. Do not exceed 30 Nm to prevent equipment damage.
