Working Principle
The core sensing component of the sprinkler head is a high-precision glass bulb filled with a solution with a high coefficient of thermal expansion. At room temperature, the glass bulb supports the internal sealing components, ensuring the overall sealing and pressure resistance of the sprinkler head and preventing daily leaks and malfunctions.
In the event of a fire, the ambient temperature rises rapidly. The solution inside the glass bulb expands due to heat, and the bulb bursts instantly upon reaching its rated temperature. The sealing limit is released, and the water pressure in the pipeline forces open the sealing components.
