In China, the Glass Ball Fire Sprinkler manufactured by Fuxeon® is a key component of the automatic sprinkler fire suppression system. It is capable of detecting fires and controlling and extinguishing them through automatic water spraying. This series of products, all electroplated, consists of a frame, glass ball, sealing ring, sealing seat, screws, and a Water distributor plate. They are widely used to protect light- and medium-risk buildings, such as restaurants, hotels, shops, commercial buildings, warehouses, underground garages, and garment factories, as well as buildings with severe hazard levels.
Common Classification:
Brass Fire Sprinkler can be divided into Upright Type, Pendent Type, Horizontal SideWall Type according to the installation type. According to the flow classification, it can be divided into K5.6 standard Fire Sprinkler (K80), K8.0 standard fire sprinkler (K115), K11.2 standard fire sprinkler (K161). According to the size, it can be divided into DN15 (R1/2"), DN20 (R3/4"), DN25 (R1")

Q1: How does the glass ball temperature sensing structure work?
The glass bulb holds special heat-sensitive liquid. When the ambient temperature reaches the rated temperature, the liquid expands sharply and breaks the glass ball. The pressure seal opens instantly, and pipeline water flows out for full coverage spraying to put out initial fires.
Q2: What are the material advantages for long-term daily use?
Brass housing provides great rust resistance, water corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. The high-strength glass ball has stable temperature sensing accuracy, not easy to age or damage in normal indoor environments. All materials are designed for 24-hour long-term standby with low failure rate.
Q3: What working conditions are not suitable for this Glass Ball Fire Sprinkler?
It is only applicable to clean fire water systems. Not suitable for strong corrosive gas, chemical liquid, ultra-high temperature workshops or outdoor exposed areas. Extreme vibration and heavy impact environments are also prohibited to prevent accidental breakage of the glass ball.
