The fire hoses and associated fire couplings—including fire hose with EPDM lining and PU hoses—manufactured by our company have officially obtained EAC certification. Specifically, the fire coupling components underwent technical review and type testing in accordance with the Russian National Standard GOST R 53279-2009, "Fire-fighting equipment—Fire couplings—General technical requirements and test methods." This achievement signifies that the products meet the market access requirements for fire-fighting equipment in Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), allowing them to bear the EAC mark and circulate legally within member states.

GOST R 53279-2009 applies to fire couplings used to connect components and distribute extinguishing media within fire-fighting delivery systems. It covers various types—such as hose couplings, threaded couplings, lug-type couplings, suction couplings, blank caps, and adapters—and specifies requirements for nominal diameter, rated pressure, material corrosion resistance, hydrostatic pressure testing, vacuum testing, assembly/disassembly cycle life, sealing performance, marking, and packaging. For this certification, the products were rigorously tested for key performance indicators, including dimensional interchangeability, sealing and structural integrity at rated working pressure, vacuum retention capability (for suction couplings), and durability through repeated connections, ensuring compatibility with Russian fire pumps, hydrants, fire vehicles, and related systems.
